- Receive FREE SHIPPING on all purchases of $200 placed online or over the phone. This applies to all 48 states in the continental USA excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO Addresses. All orders are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase and you will receive a confirmation via email. All orders are processed same day. We ship via DHL, UPS and FedEx which ensures delivery between 1-6 days depending where you live. We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise. 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns unless StrollersCouture.com is at fault. Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment StrollersCouture.com is not responsible for any typographical errors on this site and reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice. StrollersCouture.com is not responsible for health and fitness claims or any guarantees made by manufacturers for any products. All guarantee issues must be handled through manufacturer.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will only cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server.
